SECURFUSION is a PAR/FAS project funded by Regione Liguria, included in the 2007-2013 call and involving three partners: UNIGE COSMIC lab, Telerobot S.p.A., Aitek S.p.A. and FOS s.r.l.
The project objective is the research and the development of new and advanced technologies for the management of Security and Safety in building sites, both outdoor and indoor, based on distributed network and merging radio and video technologies.
The final goal is to detect if operators are equipped with the personal protective equipment (PPE), identify and locate employers for safety issues and prevent dangerous situations.
