Our aim is to transfer research results and state-of-the-art technologies and methodologies to companies for promoting product and process innovation. In this perspective, we collaborate with companies and public bodies up to demonstrator implementation and validation. As an example we are currently committed in transferring wireless sensor networks into real world applications as in the case of real-time indoor localization and tracking of moving objects/persons and of environmental monitoring (e.g. waste monitoring along rivers).
