He was born in Genoa (IT) in 1971 and received his MS degree in Electronic Engineering in 1997 and his PhD degree in Microelectronics in 1999 at the University of Genoa (IT). He is a professional electronic engineer, with experience and proven skills in both design and management. Professional skills and working experience include electronic and microelectronic products design and development, project management, human resource organization, fund raising and interaction with public and private institutions. He works as a freelance consultant and he is an external faculty member of the DITEN department at the University of Genoa where he carries out teaching and research activities.
